Refund Policy

How cancelling, moving and refunds work for everything you can buy on The Lab.

The Lab plan ($14.99 a month or $150 a year)

• Turn renewal off any time from the Plan button on your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• We don’t refund the unused part of a period.
• Charged by mistake, or charged after you turned renewal off? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund that charge.
• Plans are sold by Stripe as seller of record, so Stripe may also handle refunds and any cooling-off rights the law gives you where you live.

VOD Review ($10)

• Once your review is marked Reviewed, it’s been delivered and isn’t refundable.
• If we can’t complete a review you paid for, we refund it in full.

Coaching ($50 or $75 an hour)

• Paying confirms your hours. Paid sessions aren’t refundable, but you can move them to another open Monday, as long as you do it before the first hour starts.
• No-shows lose the session.
• If RoninJZC has to decline or cancel your session, you get a full refund to your card automatically.
• If you close the payment page without paying, your hours are released right away (or after 30 minutes at most).

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
