THE LAB

Terms of Service

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of The Lab, a Call of Duty coaching website run by RoninJZC (“Call of Duty Coach”, “we”, “us”). By making an account or paying for anything on the site, you agree to them.

Who can use The Lab

You need to be 13 or older to make an account. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms and make or approve any purchase. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.

What The Lab is

The Lab gives you settings guides, weapon classes and ratings, Hardpoint spawn and strategy tools, and My Team: a private space where your team grades scrim VODs, tracks results and keeps coaching notes. Ratings and grades come from our own models and data. They’re coaching tools, not guarantees of results in game.

The Lab is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Activision. Call of Duty and related names are trademarks of Activision Publishing, Inc.

Your content

What you upload or enter (sessions, rosters, notes, messages) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you share it with, so the site can work. If your team’s owner leaves data sharing on, a copy of each saved session with every name and piece of text removed helps build the public Hardpoint pages; turning sharing off deletes those copies. Only upload VODs and content you have the right to use.

Fair use of the site

Don’t use The Lab to cheat, harass anyone, break the law, or break Call of Duty’s rules. Don’t try to get into other teams’ data, overload the site, or copy its data or models in bulk. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We keep improving The Lab, so features, ratings and pages change. We try to keep it running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.

Liability

The Lab is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, apart from consumer protections your own country or state gives you.
